Deposits

Home Sweet Home is a member of MyDeposits, a government approved insurance based deposit scheme. We have been a member since 2007.

Home Sweet Home can safely look after the deposit on behalf of the landlord or the landlord can choose to look after the deposit themselves.

As all landlords are different, please contact us to discuss your individual requirements regarding the deposit.

The deposit is usually the same amount of money as 5 weeks rent.
